Updated illegal drugs watchlist, hiningi sa mga hepe ng pulisya
Inutusan ang lahat ng mga hepe ng lokal na pulisya na regular na i-update ang kanilang illegal drugs watchlist.
Sinabi ni Police Maj. Gen. Valeriano de Leon, Philippine National Police (PNP) Director for Operations, na bahagi ito ng pagsusumikap na maipagpatuloy ang nasimulang kampaniya laban sa droga.
Dagdag pa ni de Leon, kailangan ding palakasin ang ‘intelligence gathering’ para makilala ang mga patuloy na nagpapakalat ng mga droga.
“We can not lower our guard because there will be new players who may take over the operations of the drug traffickers that we neutralize. We should not allow that to happen,” dagdag pa ng opisyal.
Pinaalahanan din nito ang lahat ng police commanders na ipagpatuloy lamang ang agresibong kampaniya laban sa droga bunsod ng mga pangamba na hihina ang ‘war on drugs’ pagkatapos ng termino ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Kumpiyansa si de Leon na sa pagpasok ng bagong administrasyon, magpapatuloy ang kampaniya laban sa droga.
