“Today, we honor the 3,226 PNP UN DEPLOYMENTS from 1992 to present and the PNP UN VETERANS for their selfless service not only to our beloved Philippines but the international community of free nations,” pahayag ni PNP Officer-In-Charge Police Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr.

Saad nito, “The Filipino people and the international community look upon us all to strengthen peace and sustainable development in the country and in every country we serve, with the solid foundation of law and order.”

“Thus, let us continue to stand in solidarity as we make the world a better place where there is safety, security, and prosperity for all,” dagdag ni Danao.

Ang tema ng selebrasyon ng International day of United Nations Peacekeepers sa taong 2022 ay “People, Peace, Progress. The Power of Partnerships”.
