Ipinarating ni Robredo ang pagbati sa pamamagitan ng ipinadalang liham na may petsang Mayo 30.
Inihayag nito na handa siyang makipagpulong sa team ni Duterte-Carpio upang masagot ang mga katanungan ukol sa Office of the Vice President.
Handa rin aniyang makipagtulungan ang kanilang tanggapan upang matiyak ang maayos na pagpapasa ng mga responsibilidad.
Si Duterte-Carpio ang ika-15 bise presidente ng Pilipinas.
