Hirit na manual audit ni Sen. Bongbong Marcos, hindi inaksyunan ng Comelec

Tumanggi ngayon ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) na aksyunan ang hiling na manual audit ni vice presidential candidate at Senador Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos.

Ayon kay Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista, hindi muna umaksyon ang Comelec en banc sapagkat nagsasagawa pa ng pagbibilang ng boto para sa presidente at bise presidente ang senado at kongreso.

Sinabi ni Bautista na mandato ng dalawang kapulungan ang pagbibilang ng boto para sa pangulo at pangalawang pangulo kaya hindi muna sila aaksyon.

Bukod dito ayon kay Bautista ay may criminal charges na rin na nakasampa laban sa mga taga Smartmatic at Comelec.

Gayunman sinabi nito na handa naman ang komisyon sa pagkakaroon ng third party audit pero dapat ito ay independent at non partisan IT expert.

Nauna nang hiniling ng kampo ni Marcos na magkaroon ng manual audit dahil sa ginawang pagbabago ng hash code ng smartmatic ptoject director na si Marlon Gacia sa transparency server.
