VP Leni, Mayor Isko tanggap na ang resulta ng eleksyon
Tanggap na ni Vice President Leni Robredo ang naging resulta ng nakalipas na eleksyon, ayon sa kanyang abogado.
Sa pag-upo ng mga miyembro ng dalawang Kapulungan ng Kongreso bilang National Board of Canvassers, sinabi ni Atty. Romulo Macalintal, na hindi magiging hadlang si Robredo sa proklamasyon ng mga nanalo sa presidential at vice presidential races.
“Habang lumilinaw na ang litrato. Kailangan natin simulang tanggapin na hindi ayon sa mga pangarap nayin ang resulta ng eleksyon,” sabi ni Macalintal.
Samantala, pinapurihan ni Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri sina Robredo at Manila Mayor Isko Moreno sa pagtanggap sa resulta ng eleksyon.
Aniya mapapabilis na ang pagbibilang ng mga boto.
“We thank their graciousness as well as their patriotism in this time where we need the nation to heal from the very emotionally-charged election of 2022,” dagdag pa ni Zubiri.
