Sinabi na Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri na maaring bukas, araw ng Miyerkules, ay maiproklama na ng Kongreso ang mga uupong bagong presidente at bise-presidente ng bansa.
Ayon kay Zubiri ang napag-usapan noong araw ng Linggo ay maaring bukas ng hapon o gabi.
Kamakalawa ay nakipagpulong sila ni Senate President Vicente Sotto III kina House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco at House Majority Leader Martin Romualdez.
Dagdag pa ni Zubiri maaring magtagal lamang ang canvassing ng mga boto sa mga motions at objections ng mga mambabatas dahil kailangang pag-diskusyunan ang mga hirit.
Naibahagi niya na naabisuhan na ni Romualdez sina dating Sen. Bongbong Marcos Jr. at Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte sa kanilang proklamasyon
