Cavite Rep. Boying Remulla, DOJ chief sa BBM-administration
Tinanggap ni Cavite Representative Jesus Crispin ‘Boying’ Remulla na maging kalihim ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sa papasok na administrasyong-Marcos.
Katuwiran ni Remulla, bibihirang pagkakataon sa isang abogado na pamunuan ang DOJ at aniya hindi siya nag-apply para sa posisyon.
“We can not afford to fail. We have to do a good job. He has no other intention but to do the best job possible for the people,” ani Remulla patukoy kay presumptive Pres. Bongbong Marcos Jr.
Dagdag pa ni Remulla; “ ‘Yan ang sinasabi naming talaga na very rare chance given by the people to serve so the opportunity is there to do it and do it the best way possible.
Muling nanalo sa nakalipas na eleksyon si Remulla at aniya sa pag-iwan niya ng kanyang distrito, maaring magsagawa ng special election o magtalaga ng ‘caretaker representative.’
Una nang napaulat ng pag-upo ni dating MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos bilang kalihim ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), samantalang si presumptive Vice President Sara Duterte naman ang bagong mamumuno sa Department of Education (DepEd).
