Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sina Mr. John Zurbito Lee at Mr. Eleuterio Larisma Bathan bilang bagong Associate Justices ng Court of Appeals.

Ito ang kinumpirma ni acting presidential spokesman Martin Andanar.

Hangad ng Palasyo ang tagumpay ng dalawang bagong Associate Justices.

“We wish both Associate Justices all the best, and we are confident that they would dispense justice with fairness, impartiality and integrity,” pahayag ni Andanar.
