Dumulog na sa Supreme Court ang isang grupo para maghain ng petisyon na i-cancel ang certificate of candidacy ni presumptive president Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Hirit ng mga petitioners na sina Father Christian Buenafe, Fides Lim, Ma. Edeliza Hernandez, Celia Lagman Sevilla, Roland Vibal, and Josephine Lascano na magpalabas ng temporary restraining order ang Kataas-taasang Hukuman para harangin ang bilangan ng boto ng Senado at House of representatives at pag-proklama kay Marcos sakaling manalo ito.
Umaapela pa ang mga etitioners na bigyan ng due course ang inihaing petisyon.
Wala pa namang tugon ang kampo ni Marcos sa naturang petisyon.
Base sa official tally ng Commission on Elections, nangunguna si Marcos laban kay Vice President Leni Robredo.
