Comelec ipinaliwanag ang viral video ng pagpunit ng balota

Nagpaliwanag ang Commission on Elections (COMELEC) sa viral video kung saan mapapanood ang pagpunit ng balota.

Sinabi ni Comm. George Garcia, mock ballots ang pinunit sa video ng dalawang unipormadong pulis.

Dagdag paliwanag pa ni Garcia ang pagpunit ay isinagawa sa pagsasanay sa mga botante.

Diin niya hindi dapat paniwalaan ang pagsasalaysay sa video dahil walang katotohanan ang mga ito.
