“This is going to be my last campaign”
Ito ang naging pahayag ni Presidential aspirant Panfilo “Ping” Lacson matapos bumoto para sa 2022 National and Local Elections.
Sa panayam, sinabi nito ito na ang huling pagkakataon na tatakbo siya sa anumang posisyon sa gobyerno.
Nang tanungin kung sakaling may mag-alok ng Cabinet position sa kanya, ito ang sagot ni Lacson, “Sa ngayon, honestly, I’m not open to it. Pero ‘yung sinasabi nating mahirap magsalita ng patapos.”
Dagdag nito, “I won’t even speculate. pero sabi ko nga I’m more inclinced not to accept anything anymore. 50 years na eh. That’s it for me as far as government service.”
Ngunit ani Lacson, magdedepende ang kaniyang desisyon sa mga ilalatag na kondisyon kung tatanggapin niya ang alok na Cabinet post.
