Hinikayat ni Presidential candidate Panfilo “Ping” Lacson ang mga kapwa presidentiable na kalimutan na ang mga naging isyu, bangayan, at “bitterness” sa eleksyon.
“Dapat mawala na, mailibing na sa limot ang mga memories ng kampanya ‘yung animosity, bitterness, lahat ng mga vicious attacks from supporters that is. Sana mawala na ‘yun kasi tapos na naman ‘yung campaign period,” pahayag ni Lacson sa panayam ng mga mamamahayag.
Pagkatapos aniya ng halalan, dapat magkaisa ang mga Filipino.
“After today, let’s be one nation, one people again,” saad nito.
