Nagpalabas ng babala sa publiko ang Cebu Pacific sa mga nagpapakilala na kanilang official sales agents.
Sa inilabas na pahayag ng Cebu Pacific, ang pekeng sales agents ay nanghihingi ng bayad sa ticket sa eroplano sa pamamagitan ng individual accounts at hindi sa official account ng kompaniya.
“We would like to clarify that they are not authorized by or connected with CEB. We encourage the public to remain vigilant and be careful to book their flights through the official Cebu Pacific Air website,” ayon pa sa Cebu Pacific.
