PNP, pinaigting na ang security plan para sa 2022 elections

Ito ang naging pagtitiyak ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Police General Dionardo Carlos kasabay ng pagpapaigting ng lahat ng security arrangements sa nalalabing araw bago ang 2022 National and Local Elections sa Mayo 9.

Bilang bahagi ng paghahanda, sabay-sabay binuksan ng PNP ang National Election Monitoring and Action Center (NEMAC) at Regional Election Monitoring and Action Centers (REMACs) sa araw ng Huwebes, Mayo 5.

Pinangunahan ang mga seremonya ni PNP Deputy Chief for Operations, Police Lieutenant General Vicente Danao Jr., ang tumatayong Commander ng PNP Security Task Force NLE 2022.

Magsisilbi ang NEMAC at REMACs bilang mata at tengga ng PNP Security Task Force NLE 2022.

Ito ang magbibigay ng report ng lahat ng insidenteng magaganap na may kinalaman sa eleksyon at security activities ng pambansang pulisya.

Sinabi rin ng PNP na mayroong naka-deploy na pulis, standby forces at quick reaction teams sa command posts ng kani-kanilang headquarters.

Sinabi rin ni Carlos na nakataas na sa full alert status ang lahat ng istasyon ng pulis sa bansa.
