Nag-iisang testigo laban sa Davao Death Squad, wala na sa Witness Protection Program
Kinumpirma ni Justice Secretary Emmanuel Caparas na wala na sa witness protection program o WPP ang nag iisang witness laban sa tinaguriang DDS o davao death squad.
Dahil sa boluntaryo ang pagpasok sa WPP ay boluntaryo rin ang paglabas nito.
Matatandaan na noong bago pa mangampanya si dating Davao City Mayor at ngayo’y incoming President Rodrigo Duterte, lumutang ang naturang testigo na isa umanong hitman ng DDS.
Ayon kay Caparas, gustuhin man ng DOJ na imbestigahan ang bintang kung urban legend lang o reyalidad ang DDS, mahihirapan ang ahensya kung walang testigo at ebidensya laban dito.
