Testigo vs. de Lima, hindi nakasipot; Case hearing ipinagpaliban
Nabigo ang Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) na maiprisinta ang isang testigo laban sa kinahaharap na drug case ni reelectionist Senator Leila de Lima.
Bunga nito, hindi natuloy ang pagdinig sa Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 256.
Sinabi ni Atty. Rolly Francis Peoro, isa sa mga abogado ni de Lima, ikinatuwiran ng BuCor ang ‘high-risk security concerns’ kayat hindi naiharap si Joel Capones.
Sabi pa ng kampo ng senadora, napakahalaga na personal nilang maobserbahan ang ikikilos ni Capones habang nagbibigay ng testimoniya para malaman nila kung ito ay nagsasabi ng totoo.
Itinakda ang susunod na pagdinig sa Mayo 30.
Inilabas pa si de Lima ng PNP Custodial Center sa Camp Crame upang makadalo sa naudlot na pagdinig.
