Bagong tanggapan ng BI sa Makati, nakatakdang pasinayaan
Nakatakdang pasinayaan ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang bagong tanggapan sa isang mall sa Makati City.
Ayon kay BI Makati Chief Maria Rhodora Abrazaldo, ililipat ang BI Makati Extension Office mula sa dating lokasyon sa bahagi ng J.P. Rizal Avenue patungo sa ikalimang palapag ng Ayala Circuit Mall simula sa Aril 25.
Nagseserbisyo ang naturang extension office sa Top 1000 corporations sa bansa.
Sinabi rin ng ahensya na isa ito sa top performing BI offices sa mga nakalipas na taon.
Ayon kay BI Commissioner Jaime Morente, napapanahon ang paglipat ng opisina dahil sa inaasahang pagbuhay muli ng business sector, kasunod ng muling pagbubukas ng borders ng bansa.
“Foreign investors are expected to return now that we are transitioning to the new normal,” pahayag ni Morente.
Dagdag nito, “Hence we see the move to a bigger office as a necessary step to provide better service.”
Maliban sa Makati officce, magbubukas din ng bagong BI main office sa Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard.
