Nanatili ang real estate magnate at dating Senador na si Manny Villar bilang pinakamayamang Filipino sa Pilipinas.

Base sa pinakahuling listahan ng Forbes World’s Billionaires sa taong 2022, umabot sa $8.3 billion ang net worth ni Villar, kung kaya’t nasa ika-263 sa pinakamayamang indibiduwal sa buong mundo ang dating mambabatas.

Ikalawang pinakamayang Filipino ang ports tycoon na si Enrique Razon Jr. na may $6.7 billion, at pang-369 sa pinakamayamang indibiduwal sa mundo.

Sumunod naman sina Henry Sy Jr. at Andrew Tan na kapwa may $2.8 billion at nasa 1096th spot sa listahan.

Pasok din sa listahan ang magkakapatid na Sy; Hans Sy ($2.6 billion), Herbert Sy ($2.6 billion), Harley Sy ($2.4 billion), Teresita Sy-Coson ($2.4 billion), at Elizabeth Sy ($2.1 billion).

Ika-siyam naman na pinakamayamang Filipino ang presidente at chairman ng San Miguel Corp. na si Ramon Ang na may net worth na $2 billion.

Kabilang din sa listahan ang mga businessman na sina Lance Gokongwei ($1.6 billion), Tony Tan Caktiong ($1.3 billion), Betty Ang ($1.2 billion), at Lucio Tan ($1.2 billion).

Kasama na rin sa listahan ng mga Filipinong bilyonaryo sina Maria Grace Uy na may net worth na $1.2 billion, habang tig-$1 billion naman ang net worth nina Nari Genomal, Ramesh Genomal, Sunder Genomal, Roberto Ongpin, at Dennis Anthony Uy.

Sa ngayon, mayroon nang 20 bilyonaryo sa Pilipinas.

Samantala, nanatili naman si Elon Musk bilang pinakamayamang indibiduwal sa buong mundo na may net worth na $219 billion.
