COVID-19 vaccines na ido-donate ng Pilipinas sa Myanmar, isinasailalim na sa legal documentation process

Isinasailalim na sa legal documentation process ang mga bakuna kontra COVID-19 na ido-donate ng Pilipinas sa Myanmar.

Ayon kay acting presidential spokesman Martin Andanar, nagpadala na ng liham sina Health Secretary Francisco Duque III at vaccine czar CArlito Galvez kay Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr.

Ayon kay Andanar, si Locsin na ang hihingi ng approval sa Office of the President para maipadala ang mga bakuna.

Kailangan aniyang humingi muna ng permiso sa pagbibgay ng bakuna dahil government property ito at binili ng pamahalaan.

Una rito, sinabi ni Health Udnersecretary Myrna Cabotaje na may sapat ng suplay ng bakuna ang Pilipinas. Target aniya ng pamahalaan na mag-donate ng bakuna sa Myanmar at iba pang bansa sa Africa para mapalakas ang kanilang vaccination kontra COVID-19.
