“We have also reached out and updated them on the steps we are taking to address the concern,” pahayag nito.

Dagdag pa nito, “Alongside the communication with the family involved, we are also in contact with the original poster regarding his concern with the other team members, and have communicated our action plan to him.”

Giit pa ng restaurant, “Frankie’s as an organization would like to reiterate that the views of individual team members do not reflect the views of our entire company. We have many hardworking and kind people with diverse beliefs and perspectives.”

“After cross-checking statements from different parties, along with reviewing footage, the team members involved will be handled in accordance with the policies stated in our Code of Conduct,” saad nito.

“We have made mistakes in the past and we are truly sincere and committed to learning from them. We continue to ask for your sympathy and understanding,” ayon sa pamunuan ng Frankie’s.

Dagdag nito, “Please know that we hear you and we will continue to work closely with our team on this matter.”
