“Well, una 22 years ko nang kasama ang Bicolano sa loob ng bahay, my wife is from Sorsogon and I’m happy to be here at maraming, maraming salamat sa Bicolandia. It’s been three days now, Masbate, Sorsogon, Albay, at nakita nyo naman kahit papano in our modest way of reaching them talagang nagpupunta sila, marami dyan lalo na ngayon medyo malayo-layo yung barangay so, maraming salamat sa inyo mga Bicolano,” pahayag ni Moreno.

“Again, we will continue our journey. After these, we’ll go to the Visayas area naman, that’s tomorrow. Then we’ll go somewhere else. We’ll continue our journey but for now with regard to the question thank you very much mga Bicolano, maraming, maraming Salamat,” dagdag ni Moreno.

“We will continue to be with people, reach as many kilometers as possible and to try to convince them, pipilitin nating suyuin iparamdam sa mga tao kung ano ang mga bagay na gusto nating mangyari para sa susunod na panahon ng buhay natin. Because of the crisis, kailangan talaga natin crisis manager in the coming days and weeks,” pahayag ni Moreno.
