Nahuli ng iba’t ibang traffic units at Task Force Operations ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang 13 colorum na public utility vehicles (PUVs) sa nakalipas na apat na araw.
Kasunod ito ng pinaigting na kampanya laban sa mga hindi rehistradong PUV na dumadaan sa mga pangunahing kalsada sa Metro Manila.
Ayon kay MMDA Chairman Romando Artes, ipagpapatuloy ng ahensya ang pagkakasa ng operasyon laban sa colorum at out of line vehicles.
Naka-impound ang mga sasakyan sa impounding area ng MMDA sa bahagi ng HK Sun Plaza sa Roxas Boulevard.
Ani Artes, hindi titigil ang ahensya sa pagsasagawa ng mga operasyon kontra sa mga ilegal na aktibidad.
“We will have no let-up in our campaign against these colorum and out of line PUVs. We assure the riding public that individuals behind these unlawful activities will be fined,” saad nito.
