If you look at the facts of case, it is—the arrest was made by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by a regional trial court for serious illegal detention and kidnapping. So may specific crime po that was the cause of the warrant of arrest issued by the RTC court,” pahayag ni Nograles.

“And if the lawyer of Dr. Naty would like to [garbled] that, again they have legal remedies available to them and their client. But the legal authorities, law enforcement authorities, and all authorities for that matter involved in the case maintain that all legal protocols and procedures were followed,” pahayag ni Nograles.

“All law enforcement authorities and all legal authorities maintain that the proper procedure was followed.
