Malakanyang dumistansya sa ‘Oplan Baklas’ ng Comelec

Hindi pakikialaman ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang ginagawang ‘Oplan Baklas’ ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa campaign materials at murals na nakakabit sa pribadong lugar.

Ayon kay Cabinet Secretary at acting presidential spokesman Karlo Nograles, isang independent body ang Comelec.

Iginagalang aniya ng Palasyo ang kalayaan ng Comelec.

Payo ng Palasyo sa mga nagrereklamo sa Oplan Baklas, may legal na pamamaraan para ilabas ang kanilang mga hinaing.

“Yung mayroong mga grievances, mayroon silang mga legal recourse that they can also explore but as far as we are concerned, we must respect the independence of Comelec,” pahayag ni Nograles.
