NCR, mananatili sa Alert Level 2 hanggang katapusan ng Pebrero; Pitong lugar, itinaas sa Alert Level 3
Mananatili ang Alert Level 2 ang National Capital Region (NCR) hanggang sa katapusan ng Pebrero, ayon sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
Sa inilabas na pahayag, sinabi ni Cabinet secretary at acting Presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles na inaprubahan ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) na manatili sa Alert Level 2 ang NCR simula February 16 hanggang 28.

– Batanes, City of Santiago, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya at Quirino sa Region 2
– Bulacan, Angeles City, Aurora, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Olongapo City, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales sa Region 3
– Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Lucena City at Quezon Province sa Region 4A
