Notoryus na Norwegian pedophile, arestado sa Ilocos Norte
Naaresto ng mga tauhan ng Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang isang hinihinalang Norwegian pedophile na wanted sa Oslo, Norway dahil sa pangmomolestiya sa mga menor de edad.
Ayon kay BI Commissioner Jaime Morente, nahuli si Alexander Calapini-Solberg, 53-anyos, sa bahagi ng Barangay 48-A Cabunggaan sa Laoag City, Ilocos Norte noong Lunes.
Itinuturing aniya si Solberg bilang high-profile fugitive dahil sa mga kinakaharap sex offense case.
“We are going to deport him for being an undesirable alien. His continued presence in the country poses a serious threat to our Filipino children, anyone of whom could be his next victim,” ani Morente.
Inilabas aniya ang mission order laban sa naturang dayuhan matapos ipaalam ng Norwegian authorities ang mga kinakaharap na kaso at kanselasyon ng pasaporte nito.
Sinabi naman ni BI-FSU Chief Rendel Ryan Sy na isang Interpol Red Notice ang inilabas laban kay Solsberg noong December 2021 base sa mga arrest warrant na inisyu laban sa kanya ng Folio Og Norde Ostfold District Court sa Norway.
Nakasaad sa arrest warrant nito ang hindi bababa sa apat na bilang ng paulit-ulit na pangmomolestiya sa mga menor de edad.
Sa ngayon, nakakulong si Solsberg sa BI Warden Facility in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City habang hinihintay ang deportation nito.
