Pangulong Duterte nagsimula nang magligpit ng mga gamit sa Malakanyang
May mahigit apat na buwan pa sa puwesto si Pangulong Duterte ngunit sinimulan na niyang iligpit ang kanyang mga gamit sa Malakanyang.
Sa kanyang pre-recorded ‘Talk to the People’ briefing kagabi, binabalak niya na simula sa susunod na buwan ay hindi na siya matutulog sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
“I will no longer wait until April. I wont sleep here either,” sabi pa nito.
Ibinahagi din niya na ang balak na bumili ng condominium unit sa Metro Manila para lamang may matuluyan siya tuwing kinakailangan niyang magpunta sa kapitolyong rehiyon ng bansa.
“Wherever the Lord God takes me, I’ll start practicing to sleep there. I’ll just come here for the day-to-day work — what’s left of things we have to work on,” sabi pa nito.
Dagdag pa niya; “Once I leave this, I will have no place to live. I don’t have cousins because all of them are in America. S o I don’t have a house here. Once I get out, I told my wife where I will go. I said: ‘Buy a small condo where I can hang out whenever I’m here in Manila — even if has only two bedrooms.”
