Natukoy na ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang user ng TikTok account na nag-post ng video tungkol sa umano’y assassination plot laban kay presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.
Sa press briefing, inatasan ng PNP Chief ang PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) na ipagpatuloy pa rin ang imbestigasyon para sa posibleng pagsasampa ng kaso sa korte, depende sa mga nakalap na ebidensya.
Hindi pa nagbigay ang hepe ng PNP ng mga karagdagang ukol sa pagbabanta kay Marcos.
Samantala, ibinahagi rin ni Carlos na, “May mga nagre-reach out on the other security preparations not just for former senator Bongbong Marcos, but also to the other candidates.”
Dagdag nito, “Kapag ganoong nagre-reachout, I make sure that there is [an] office tasked to provide the necessary services by the PNP.”
