Apollo Quiboloy at 2 iba pa, inilagay sa most wanted list ng US FBI
Inilagay ng United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) si Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder Apollo Quiboloy at dalawa pang church official sa ‘most wanted list’.
Ito ay kaugnyan sa kasong may kinalaman sa sex trafficking.
Sa website ng FBI, inilabas ang wanted poster kasama ang larawan ni Quiboloy. Nahaharap ito sa mga kasong, “Conspiracy to Engage in Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud and Coercion, and Sex Trafficking of Children; Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud, and Coercion; Conspiracy; Bulk Cash Smuggling.”
Sinabi ng FBI na wanted si Quiboloy dahil sa umano’y partisipasyon sa labor trafficking scheme kung saan dinala ang ilang chruch member sa Amerika sa pamamagitan ng ilegal na pagkuha ng visa.
Pinuwersa rin anila ang mga miyembro upang mag-solicit ng donasyon para sa mga pekeng charity, ngunit napupunta ang donasyon sa church operations at magarbong pamumuhay ng mga lider nito.
“Members who proved successful at soliciting for the church allegedly were forced to enter into sham marriages or obtain fraudulent student visas to continue soliciting in the United States year-round,” saad nito.
Maliban dito, sinabi ng FBI na nagre-recruit pa umano ng mga babae para magtrabaho bilang personal assistants o “pastorals” ni Quiboloy. Ang mga naturang biktima umano ang naghahanda ng pagkain nito, naglilinis ng bahay, nagmamasahe, at kailangang makipagtalik kay Quiboloy kung saan tinatawag ito ng pastorals bilang “night duty.”
Dagdag nito, “Quiboloy was indicted by a federal grand jury in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana, California, for conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion and sex trafficking of children; sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion; conspiracy; and bulk cash smuggling, and on November 10, 2021, a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.”
Ayon sa FBI, kung mayroong impormasyon ukol kay Quiboloy, makipag-ugnayan lamang sa local FBI office o pinakamalapit na American Embassy o Consulate.
Maliban kay Quiboloy, wanted din sina Teresita Tolibas Dandan at Helen Panilag.
