“No Vaxx, No Ride” policy suspendido sa NCR simula sa Feb. 1

Isususpinde ang pagpapatupad ng “no vaccination, no ride” policy sa National Capital Region simula sa February 1, 2022.

Kasunod ito ng anunsiyo ng gobyerno na isasailalim sa Alert Level 2 ang Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, at Rizal hanggang February 15, 2022.

Sa Palace press briefing, sinabi ni acting Presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles na awtomatiko itong isususpinde.

Epektibo lamang kasi ang naturang polisiya sa Metro Manila kung nakasailalim sa Alert Level 3, 4, o 5.

“Ang lifted lamang ay ang no vaxx, no ride/entry. Hindi lifted ang enforcement ng minimum health protocols,” paalala ni Transportation Secretary Art Tugade at dagdag nito, “Huwag tayong pakampante. Ang Covid ay nasa paligid pa rin.”

Samantala, sinabi ni Transportation Undersecretary for Administrative Service and DOTr official representative to the IATF na mananatili pa rin sa 70 porsyento ang kapasidad ng pampublikong transportasyon.

Matatandaang unang ipinatupad ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang nasabing polisiya sa transport sector, kasama ang land, air at sea travel, noong January 17.
