Tiniyak ng Phivolcs na walang banta ng tsunami sa Pilipinas matapos tumama ang magnitude 6.6 na lindol sa Kermadec Islands Region, Sabado ng umaga.

Sinabi ng ahensya na yumanig ang malakas na lindol sa nasabing lugar dakong 10:46 ng umaga.

May lalim ang lindol na 34 kilometers.

Wala namang napaulat na agarang pinsala sa naturang bansa.
