Aktibong kaso ng COVID-19 sa San Juan, bumaba ng 70 porsyento

Bumaba ng mahigit 70 porsyento ang bilang ng aktibong kaso ng COVID-19 sa Lungsod ng San Juan.

Mula sa naitalang 1,947 na active cases noong January 12, sinabi ni Mayor Francis Zamora na nasa 567 na lamang ito base sa datos hanggang January 25.

70.88 porsyento aniya ang ibinaba ng kaso sa nakalipas na 13 araw.

Hinikayat naman ng alkalde ang mga indibiduwal na nakatanggap na ng second dose ng COVID-19 vaccine na magpa-booster shot.

“To those who have received their 2nd dose more than three months ago, please get your booster shots already. Also, to those with children aged 5 to 11 years old, please register them for the COVID-19 vaccines. We will be starting the vaccination of this age group on February 4,” saad nito.

Patuloy din ang paghikayat nito sa publiko na sumunod sa lahat ng health at safety protocols upang bumaba pa ang mga kaso ng nakahahawang sakit.
