DOLE, hinikayat ang mga employer na magbigay ng quarantine leave sa mga empleyado
Hinikayat ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ang mga employer na magbigay ng quarantine o isolation leave sa mga empleyadong close contact, suspected, probable o kumpirmadong kaso ng COVID-19.
Sa inilabas na labor advisory no. 1, series of 2022, sinabi ni Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III na layon nitong matiyak ang kaligtasan at makataong working condition.
Nakasaad sa abiso na sa pamamagitan ito ng pagsunod sa general labor standards, occupational safety and health standards, at minimum public health protocols.
Patuloy pa rin kasi ang pagtaas ng naitatalang kaso ng nakahahawang sakit sa bansa.
Saad ng kagawaran, ang hiniling na quarantine o isolation leave para sa mga empleyado sa pribadong sektor ay bukod pa sa existing leave benefits sa ilalim ng company policy.
