Nabanggit na rin nito na sa isasagawang pagdinig at nais niyang dumalo ang mga opisyal ng Comelec, National Privacy Commission,  Department of Information and Communications Technology Cybercrime Investigation And Coordinating Center (DICT-CICC), National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division, Manila Bulletin, Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV), National Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel), Legal Network for Truthful Elections (Lente), Democracy Watch, at Center for People Empowerment in Governance (CenPEG) /AES Watch.
