“Unlike the previous vaccination roll-out, this time we are talking about very young vaccinees like babies and toddlers. We need to be extra careful in handling them,” pahayag ni PNP Chief Police General Dionardo Carlos.
Ngayon pa lamang, kailangan na aniyang magplano at makipag-ugnayan ng mga pulis sa iba’t ibang local government unit (LGU).
“I hope that they can be scheduled well, so as not to blend with the bulk of the adults especially that the administration of booster shots is ongoing,” saad nito.
Inaalala rin ang ilang LGU at ahensya ng gobyerno na maaring hindi maserbisyuhan ang mas maraming indibiduwal sa vaccination sites.
“There is always a tendency that these venues may be overwhelmed with those who are waiting for their turn to be vaccinated. This is what we would like to avoid especially in the presence of infants or younger children,” diin ni Carlos.
Dapat aniyang tiyakin na masusunod ang health protocols, lalo na ang physical distancing sa mga vaccination site.
Oras na maglabas ng “go signal” ang gobyerno, kikilos na ang mga tauhan ng pambansang pulisya para masiguro ang kaayusan sa bisinidad ng vaccination sites.
