3,000 health workers sa NCR, nakasailalim sa isolation

Mahigit sa 3,000 health workers na sa National Capital Region ang sumasailalim sa isolation dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19.

Sa Laging Handa Public Briefing, sinabi ni Health Undersecretary Leopoldo Vega, nangangahulugan ito ng 11 percent sa 26,000 na health workers sa government institutions.

Ilan aniya sa health workers ay nakararanas ng reinfection.

Hindi na aniya kataka-taka ito dahil ang health workers ang first line sa mga ospital na tumutugon sa mga pasyente na nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Tiniyak naman ni Vega na manageable pa ang sitwasyon.

Gumawa na aniya ng istratehiya ang ibang ospital para hindi maubusan ng health workers.
