Walang pasok sa eskwela sa Lungsod ng Maynila simula sa Enero 14 hanggang 21.
Ito ay para magkaroon ng health break ang mga estudyante at mga guro sa physical at online classes.
Wala aniyang pasok sa lahat ng antas ng paaralan sa public at private schools.
Nilagdaan ni Moreno ang Executive Order number 7 sa araw ng Huwebes, Enero 13, 2022.
Nais ni Moreno na makapag-recharge mentally at physically ang mga estudyante at mga guro lalot nagpapatuloy ang pandemya sa COVID-19.
