Kinansela ng Cebu Pacific ang 24 flights sa araw ng Miyerkules, January 12, dahil sa kakulangan ng tauhan.

Nagdesisyon ang airline company na palawigin ang flexible options para sa lahat ng pasahero ng domestic at international flights hanggang January 23, 2022.

Inabisuhan naman ang mga apektadong pasahero na maari silang mag-rebook o refund ng kanilang flight sa loob ng 60 araw.

May opsyon din ang mga apektadong pasahero na ilagay ang halaga nito sa travel fund na maaring gamitin sa loob ng dalawang taon para sa pagbo-book ng bagong flight o pambayad sa add-ons, tulad ng baggage allowance, seat selection, at iba.
