Special risk allowance sa health workers, dapat dagdagan – Legarda
Itinutulak ni House Deputy Speaker at Antique Rep. Loren Legarda na dagdagan pa ang special risk allowance (SRA) para sa health workers na nagsisilbing frontline personnel sa COVID-19 pandemic sa bansa.
Sa ilalim ng isinumiteng House Bill 10621 o Special Risk Allowance for all Health Workers Act of 2021, nakasaad na layon nitong makatanggap ng monthly special compensation ang mga frontliner sa panahon ng state of public health emergency.
Katumas ang nasabing SRA ng hindi hihigit sa 25 porsyento ng monthly basic salary at exempted pa sa income tax.
Paliwanag ng three-term senator, mahalaga ng buhay ng mga doktor, nurse, medical technologist at iba pang health worker sa gitna ng laban sa nakahahawang sakit.
