Mas binawasan pa ang pinapapasok na empleyado o ang on-site working capacity sa Supreme Court.

Sa memorandum order no. 4-2022, sinabi ni Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo na ito ay dahil patuloy na pagdami ng mga naitatalang kaso ng COVID-19 sa kanilang hanay.

“One-third of thr work force shall be required to physically report on Mondays and Tuesdays, another one-third on Wednesdays and Thursday and the remaining one-third on Fridays and Saturdays,” saad nito.

“It is understood that those who are not scheduled to report on-site shall be under WFH arrangement for three days to complete the five working days per week,” dagdag nito.

Layon aniya nitong mabawasan ang physical contact sa hanay ng mga SC personnel.

Ani Gesmundo, epektibo ang bagong on-site working capacity simula sa araw ng Lunes, January 10, 2022 ‘until further notice’.

Hindi naman kabilang sa nabanggit na working capacity ang Office of the Bar Chair at Office of the Bar Confidant, Office of the Administrative Services-SC, MDS and Receiving Section ng Judicial Records Office.

Inatasan ang mga hepe ng mga opisina na tukuyin ang magiging shift ng kanilang mga empleyado.
