- Pampanga
- Zambales
- Naga City
- Iloilo City
- Lapu-Lapu City
- Batangas
- Lucena City
- Baguio City
Una nang inilagay sa Alert Level 3 ang Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, at Laguna hanggang January 15.
