Ayon kay Issa Guevarra-Cabreira, Globe’s Chief Commercial Officer, makatatanggap din ng libreng isang buwang subscription sa Konsulta MD ang mga naapektuhang customers para sa kanilang medical needs.
Ang KonsultaMD ay isang telehealth service provider na pag-aari ng Globe.
Nag-aalok ang Globe Telecom ng libreng data, charging, tawag at text messages sa mga customer na naapektuhan ng Bagyong Odette sa Cebu, Samar, at Mindanao.
Makatatanggap din ng libreng 5GB ang mga eligible Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi customers na valid sa loob ng tatlong araw at isang buwang free KonsultaMD subscription.
