Walong probinsya ang wala pang suplay ng kuryente matapos manalasa ang Bagyong Odette.

Ayon kay Energy Undersecretary William Fuentebella, kabilang sa mga wala pang suplay ng kuryente ang Northern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar, Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Bohol at Surigao del Norte.

Ayon kay Fuentebella, wala namang power plants ang tinamaan ng bagyo pero hindi nakaligtas ang transmission lines.

Puspusan na aniya ang ginagawang restoration activity ng kanilang hanay para maibalik na ang suplay ng kuryente.

May mga lugar aniya sa Antique, Iloilo, Cebu, Negros Oriental, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Sur, Davao Oriental, Misamis Occidental at Lanal de Norte ang wala pang suplay ng kuryente.
