Signal ng Globe Telecom sa Visayas at Mindanao naapektuhan dahil sa Bagyong Odette
Naapektuhan ang ang Globe Telecom sa ilang lugar sa bansa dahil sa Bagyong odette.
Ayon sa abiso ng Globe, kabilang sa mga naapektuhan ang Leyte, Cebu, Surigao del Norte, Southern Leyte, Bohol, Surigao del Sur, Negros occidental, Negros Oriental, Dinagat Islands, Agusan del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Samar, Iloilo, Eastern Samar, Siquijor, Guimaras, Zamboanga Sibugay, Western Samar, Bukidnon at Camiguin.
“Due to strong winds and torrential rains brought by super typhoon Odette, Globe’s data and mobile services have been affected in select areas in Visayas and Mindanao,” pahayag ng Globe.
Ayon sa Globe, maaring makaranas ang kanilang mga costumer sa paggamit ng Gcash Buy Load, AMAX, Share-a-Load, Promo registration at Emergency Load Services.
Gayunman, gumagana naman ang LTE@Home Postpaid, Broadband Wireline services at GOMO services.
Ayon sa Globe, inaayos na ng kanilang technical teams ang mga nasirang pasilidad.
Inaayos na rin ng Globe ang pagtatayo ng Libreng Tawag, Libreng Charging at Libreng WiFi Stations sa mga lugar na naapektuhan ng bagyo.
Inihahanda na rin ng Globe ang relief efforts para maayudahan ang mga nasalanta ng bagyo.
