Palasyo, nagpasalamat sa Kongreso sa pagratipika ng P5-T 2022 budget
Nagpasalamat ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang sa Kongreso dahil sa mabilis na pagratipika sa P5.024 trilyong budget para sa taong 2022.
Ayon kay Cabinet Secretary at acting presidential spokesman Karlo Nograles, malaki ang papel na gagampanan ng pambansang budget para matugunan ang response at recovery efforts ng pamahalaan sa pandemya sa COVID-19.
“The Palace thanks Congress for working overtime to expeditiously ratify the proposed 2022 National Budget. We consider next year’s budget vital to support our country’s COVID-19 resilience initiatives and to sustain our socioeconomic recovery efforts,” pahayag ni Nograles.
Sa ngayon, sinabi ni Nograles na hinihintay pa ng Palasyo ang kopya ng pambansang budget.
Pagtitiyak ni Nograles, gagamitin nang tama ang pondo at paglalaanan ang iba’t ibang proyekto.
“As we await its transmittal to the Office of the President, we reiterate our commitment to utilizing our people’s hard-earned money to properly implement programs, projects, and services effectively and efficiently during the remainder of the President’s term of office,” pahayag ni Nograles.
Nagpapasalamat aniya ang Palasyo sa mga mambababatas dahil sa hindi naantala ang pondo.
“We are grateful to our partners in the legislature for ensuring that the Duterte administration’s last full-year budget will sustain the legacy of real change for future generations,” dagdag ni Nograles.
