Sariling renovated hangar ng Cebu Pacific nagsimula na ang operasyon

Kasabay nang inaasahan na paglipad muli ng aviation industry sa bansa, binuksan na ng Aviation Partnership Phililippines (Aplus) ang kanilang sariling bagong renovate na hangar sa NAIA Complex, Pasay City.

 

Ang Aplus, na subsidiary ng Cebu Pacific, ay kilala sa maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business sa industriya ng aviation at sila ay nag-aalok ng line maintenance, light aircraft checks, technical ramp handling sa Cebu Pacific at iba pang carriers sa Manila, Cebu, Davao and Clark airports, bukod pa sa secondary airports sa bansa.

 

Natapos noong nakaraang buwan ang renovation ng 3,112 square meter hangar noong nakaraang buwan at kakayanin nito ang A320, ATR at A321neo aircrafts.

 

“This is a milestone not only for Cebu Pacific but more so for our subsidiary, Aplus. This inauguration is very timely and in line with the airline’s preparations for the expected recovery of the aviation industry,” said Michael Ivan Shau, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer ng Cebu Pacific.

 

Ayon naman kay Aplus Gen. Manager Rico Ugdoracion dahil sa hangar mapapabilis pa ang pagbibigay nila sa kanilang airline customers ng world-class quality service.

 

“Having a hangar will give our foreign airline customers confidence that in case their aircraft gets grounded in Manila, a hangar can be provided by Aplus to perform the needed maintenance activities for aircraft recovery,” dagdag pa ni Ugdoracion.
