Arestado ang isang Indian national sa ikinasang controlled delivery operation ng mga ahente ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa Malate, Maynila.
Nakumpiska kay Yogesh Sahijwani,40, Unit3C DB Building sa Malate ang kalahating kilo ng kush o high grade marijuana.
Nagkakahalaga ng P675,000 ang nabanggit na droga.
Isinilid ang droga sa 15 plastic sachets na nakalagay sa isang kahon at ito ay nagmula sa Waahington, USA.
Dumating ang kahon sa Port of Clark noong Disyembre 3 at nakapangalan sa suspek.
Sasampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 si Sahijwani.
