Itinutulak na BRAVE ni Lacson – Sotto tandem sinuportahan ng Cebu local execs
Pinuri ng maraming lokal na opisyal ng Cebu ang binabalak nina Senator Panfilo Lacson at Senate President Vicente Sotto III na pagpapalakas ng mga lokal na pamahalaan.
Isinusulong ng tambalang Lacson -Sotto ang Budget Reform Advocacy for Village Empowerment (BRAVE).
Ipinaliwanag ni Lacson sa mga opisyal mula sa mga bayan ng Naga, Talisay at Carcar na ang lahat ng mga programa, aktibidad at proyekto ay dapat nagmumula sa local government units (LGUs).
“Kakalat ang resources, kakalat ang development, and we can be a great nation again,” diin niya.
Sa pamamagitan ng BRAVE, ayon sa presidential aspirant, mas magkakaroon ng kalayaan at pondo ang LGUs at kaakibat na responsibilidad sa pagpapatupad ng mga proyekto, programa at aktibidad.
Nabanggit pa niya na bilyong-bilyong pisong pondo ang hindi nagagamit taon-taon na maaari pa sanang pondohan ang development at livelihood projects sa barangay, municipal, at provincial levels.
