Isang low-pressure area ang binabantayan ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) sa loob ng Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
Ayon sa Pagasa, namataan ang LPA sa 970 kilometers east ng Visayas.
Nagsimula ang LPA bilang trough o Typhoon Nyatoh na nasa labas ng Philippine area of responsibility.
Sa ngayon patungo ng North Pacific Ocean ang LPA.
Sinabi pa ng Pagasa na nanatiling maliit ang tsansa na maging isang bagyo ang LPA.
Katunayan, maaring malusaw na ang LPA sa susunod na dalawang araw.
