Marawi Grand Mosque, nai-turnover na

Mahigit isang buwan matapos pasinayaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, nai-turnover na ang ang Marawi Grand Mosque sa pamilya Pangarungan.

Ayon kay National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) Secretary Saidamen Pangarungan, gagawin nilang sentro ng religious, cultural, at historical significance ang pinakamalaking mosque sa Pilipinas.

May sukat na 9,484 square meters at tatlong palapag na may basement ang Grand Mosque na binansagang “Crown Jewel of Marawi”.

Dahil sa laki nito, kayang makapagsamba ng aabot na 20,000 na Muslim.

Lubos naman ang pasasalamat ni Pangarungan kina Pangulong Duterte at Task Force Bangon Marawi Sec. Eduardo Del Rosario para sa pagsasaayos sa Grand Mosque sa bayan ng Marawi.

“These efforts will forever remain not only as a beacon of public service achievement but will also be remembered fondly by the people who have been given hope and restored by the task force’s accomplishments,” pahayag nito.
